Prof. Kremer received a Fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, USA specializing in corneal surgery, corneal replacement and refractive laser surgery. Dr. Eliya Levinger

Dr. Eliya Levinger is a graduate of the Israeli Technological School of Medicine, Technion, Haifa. He worked diligently on a research project regarding the effect of amino acids on the retina for a number of years. This was his final thesis which was entitled "The Physiology of Vision, "completed through Dean Laboratories. Dr. Eliya Levinger was awarded with honors by his medical school. Dr. Elia Levinger is a Senior Surgeon at Enaim Medical Center, Azrieli, Tel Aviv and at Atidim Medical center, Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.
