Dr. Franck Joseph Douieb

Dr. Joseph Douieb is a graduate from the Medical School Faculty of Paris II, France. He completed his internship and residency at one of the most exclusive institutions in Europe;  Ecole De Medecine Jules Vernes Amie.

Dr. Douieb has medical certification as an Ophthalmologist in France and Israel. Furthermore, he has a degree in the field of Contactology Biomaterials, the production of chemical substances indicated for intraocular procedures.

Throughout the years, Dr. Douieb has performed a significant number of surgeries including refractive laser surgery, cataract and laser cataract, keratoconus treatments, corneal graft surgeries, and a diverse range of others.

For many years, Dr. Douieb held position as a senior surgeon of Ophthalmology at the University Hospital of Hadassah at Har Hatsofim, Jerusalem. Subsequently, he held the esteemed position as lead consultant for the IDF reserve forces with regard to keratoconus and ophthalmic surgeries.

Dr. Douieb is a respected member of the Israeli Ophthalmic Association, the Refractive Alliance, the Society of Cataract Physicians, and the European Society for Corneal and Refractive Surgery.
